Who is responsible

This site is operated by a Canadian corporation (business number 706731676) based in Montreal (Quebec), Canada. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is the company's president. You can reach them at info@lestandard.co.

What we collect

When you fill out our ad form or apply for a call: your first name, last name, email, mobile number, and your answers to the questions (your field, your revenue range, your investment capacity).

When you book a call: the date, time and your time zone.

If you accept cookies: browsing data sent to the Meta pixel (pages viewed, events such as an application or a booking). Nothing is activated without your consent.

Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, technical logs.

Why

To process your application and decide whether Le Code is right for you. To schedule your call and send you confirmations, reminders and follow-ups by email and text. To send you useful emails if the timing isn't right. To measure the performance of our ads, only with your consent. To keep the service secure.

Consent and cookies

Tracking technologies are off by default and only turn on after you consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. By submitting the form, you consent to the use of your information for the purposes described above.

Who we share with

We never sell your information. We entrust it to providers that help us operate: HighLevel / LeadConnector (forms, calendar, email, text messages, contact management), Meta Platforms (ads and instant forms), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments, if you become a client). These providers are located in the United States. These transfers outside Quebec are necessary to run the service and are covered by contractual and technical protections comparable to those required in Quebec.

How long

Applications that don't move forward: 24 months after your last contact, then deleted or anonymized. Clients: the length of the business relationship, plus the period required by tax law (generally 7 years).

Your rights

You can request access to your information, its correction, its deletion, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@lestandard.co. We reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

Security

Your information is transmitted encrypted (https) and stored with providers that apply recognized security measures. Access is limited to the people who need it.

Incidents

If an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will inform you, as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.
